Our new Sawgrass Bridge Club again welcomes you!!
We had an enthusiastic game on the 10th -- complete with a lively teaching session prior to play provided by our able trainer/assistant-to-director, Don Brown. Please enjoy the above short VIDEO CLIP from Don's refresher lesson: "HAND VALUATION WITH SOME TWISTS". Make sure your sound is turned up and don't pay too much attention to YouTube's additional video-viewing solicitations following the clip. (That's the price one has to pay for their nice video-hosting service! [grin!])
Many thanks to all who participated and for everyone's ongoing patience while we await the move to our new temple location "just down the street" from the LaQuinta behind IKEA where we're currently playing. We again remind all that the social hall of the new building is 5,000 square feet and will be a fabulous bridge-playing venue that we're sure you will all enjoy!!
One VERY IMPORTANT reminder: Please be sure to reserve your spot IN ADVANCE of each Wednesday game so that we can better prepare to accommodate you space-wise and refreshment-wise! Also, please remind your friends about us and about the importance of reserving in advance. Remember, space is limited in our LaQuinta temporary location. If you aren't planning to attend Don's class, please be at LaQuinta by 6:45 PM to register for the game which begins PROMPTLY at 7:00 PM!
